From the Dreamscape Series: “Dreamscape #4 @Jett Ulaner Sarachek 2015
Jett Ulaner Sarachek’s photographic images have evolved over 40 years. She began her photographic career in the mid 60’s as a street photographer/photojournalist. In the late 70’s Sarachek created portraits and landscapes using photo oils. She began exploring alternative processes, and alternative cameras: pinhole, Diana and Holga in the 80’s and 90’s. With the advent of new technology, Sarachek has embraced iPhone photography, creating images of sensuality and mystery. Her new work invokes memory and provokes response that explores our own desire and longing.
